Employers who are committed to the wellbeing of their staff often use EAP programmes. The counselling service is confidential and is aimed at enhancing the well being of staff. From time to time employees may experience personal or work-related problems which have the potential to effect their quality of life and in some cases their work performance. The EAP service aims to support and assist employees manage these concerns before they have a major impact on their personal life and their work performance.

The EAP service is for both work-related and personal issues ranging from relationship concerns, couples counselling, stress, grief and loss, workplace conflict, addiction issues, anxiety, depression, etc which may adversely impact on an employee.
